Conversations Instead of Surveys

dNeero has been one of the survey sites that I've recommended to my readers for a while. They've paid me fairly well ($20 last mo) for basically 10 minutes of my time a month. Well, as of the last "survey" I took, they no longer have surveys, they have "conversations".

Basically it breaks down to this, you get paid for taking a survey, you get paid again when your survey has been viewed for 5 days out of the first 10 days it's posted, and then you get paid fractions of pennies for every time it is viewed (up to a predetermined amount, and honestly they are way high so you get paid for quite a while on a survey). It's pretty cool and the surveys are like a minute long.

dNeero changed their terminology recently from "survey" to "conversation", kind of an interesting move on their part. Now when you take a survey, you must come up with your own question and take part in a conversation. (See the survey below) So instead of just being a one sided survey, they've involved the community.

Honestly, I'm all for it as long as they still pay the same. Makes it more interesting!
