I'm staying in an apartment here and each unit have only one parking lot. Our parking is just at the entrance and it is the most convenient parking lot for the whole block. Most of the time, our parking lot will be parked by other cars. I really got mad and sometimes I just honk loudly, until the person come and remove the car. I know it is bad, that;s why my car got so many scratches. Luckily, the management comes with a new rules, clamping and fine of $50 for each clamp removal. It is lesser now, maybe around 1 case in a week, but I don't have to honk again. Just complaint to the management or the security guard to clamp, will do. I know how it feels dear. But, we are thinking of selling the one we are living now and buy a bigger one. We have 2 kids and the youngest is 7 months old girl. She does not have a room of her own.
