Taking more time for myself was something I determined I needed to do a while ago. I was so used to giving, giving, giving that I simply wore myself out. I believe it if vital for mom's to take that time for themselves, but that is always easier said than done. I still don't spend enough time refueling. As for the REC center. That's where I go. We are lucky enough to have an incredible facility not to far from our home. They have pretty much the same equipment that I would pay a lot more for. With the Rec Center we pay for the entire families membership for less than the cost of a single membership at a private facility. Congratulations on taking that step.
