Dressing Up For The Holidays

Hopefully everyone has Christmas plans coming up, and in our household those always include the annual Christmas party. We used to have mine and my husbands, but of course being a SAHM now, his Christmas party is our only Christmas party. It’s our one night we can dress up in our finest and deck the halls. Here’s some quick and cheap hints to dress up the evening:
1. The little black dress - Always a favorite, especially for the holidays. This will allow you to accessorize any way you want, as most anything goes with black. (Of course I’m way prego, so my little black dress is a way bigger and stretchier version, but I digress)
2. Pearls - I love pearls, I just think they are classy. Great for a night out with the hubby.
3. Accessories - Anything can be your accessory, including handbags and Holiday frames. You can always find great selections around now, and they’re cheap to boot!
4. Shoes - A woman’s calling card. Honestly, you just need to wear something classy, not to over the top.
5. The Wrap - I’m a fan of the wrap, as it gives you versatility and style. Think about carrying one with you, it’ll save you in any situation!
Overall, just have fun. We don’t get out as much as we’d like, so this is a chance to really enjoy each other!

I went to the resale shop the other day to see if i could find ash some sweaters to get her through til my next free check. I got her some superb sweaters sold by QVC with the tags still on them for $2 each. She loves them, their warm and i’m not broke. Wooooohoooo!!
