I haven’t posted in a few days, as I got yet another virus on my computer. I wish those people would just stop making those silly things, it’s just a big waste. I was unable to get on my computer on Friday, Saturday we went up to Winter Park for my husbands company Christmas party, and Sunday my computer was still bogged down with that virus.

I guess my husband fixed it, seems like it’s working, but I haven’t talked to him about it so I don’t really know.

Anyhow, Mommies Home.net is undergoing a few changes in anticipation of the new year…


I plan on trying to get a new avenue of traffic on here, as Entrecard (while I love the traffic) is hard to keep up when you’re gone for one day, much less a week. With the baby coming, I know I won’t be able to drop cards as much as I’d like, which means that I’ll need to invest my time in something that isn’t so labor intensive.

Case in point, I was unable to drop cards 2 days in a row and my Entrecard rankings tanked. Pretty unfair, as I’ve been a member since pretty much the beginning and have dropped 300 a day religiously. But I digress…I’ll be looking for different ways of going about doing things on here.

Not only that, but the holidays are hectic around here! My daughters birthday is right before Christmas, so I’ve been trying to organize her party, figure out where I can get good steam cleaners for our carpet before the holidays, schedule cookie baking and finish up shopping. I’m sure many mommies know the holiday drill. It’s about this time that I long for March, not much ever happens in March.
