    Thanks for the tip on the book, I’ll have to make sure I page through it before picking it up. Nothing worse than having a cook book that asks for ingredients you never have. I for one started putting veggies in my sons food after watching the Today show segment on this book. He actually eats veggies with no problem but I wanted to ry something different with other things like pancakes (I had done bananas before). I don’t sneak the veggies in though, rather I have him help by smashing and pureeing. He’s three so its fun for him and he knows what he’s eating so he can ask for it again. So far it’s worked out pretty good for me. Either way, I don’t think it is really sneaking the food in, especially if that’s what the recipe calls for ;)

    By the way great video! You may want to consider not wearing the ball cap next time since it makes a shadow over your face.

    I think that’s a great idea to add pureed foods to recipes. Anytime additional natural vitamins and minerals can be added, go for it!
