Star Trek For The Next Generation

We are all Star Trek freaks in my family. Coming out May 9th is the long awaited installment showing how Kirk and Spock met. Looks great, though a bit risky for the little ones.

My husband and I will be there opening night, kiddos with a babysitter!!

Man, I am SO not in the loop. I didn’t even know about this movie. Will have to tell our son and his wife in case they need to get a sitter next May. LOL

The Fam and I went to a Star Trek convention in Las Vegas this summer – we actually got to see Leonard Nimoy and young spock (from the new movie – some guy from Heroes). It was quite interesting to hear them talk about their careers.

I’m sure Mr. Pink Lemonade and the girls will be in line the first day too (he’s converted them into trekkies, you see…)

We’ll have to wait until it comes out on DVD we don’t have anyone that we trust where we live to watch the kids. We can’t wait though, it looks great. JJ Abrams is a great director
