Video Posts

So every week I get the ads for the local grocery stores. I'll show you real quick how to spot a deal and how to see if the stores are just trying to pull one over on you. I'll also show a quick price book use. Check out What Do You Consider A Deal for some more background.

This is the first in Mommies grocery game series. The deal with the grocery game is that you try to match up sales at the grocery stores with coupons, thereby getting the best deal. Many times you are able to get products for free or even have the store pay you to take a product (I always love that). Since I don't subscribe to Teri Gault's grocery game ($65-$97.50 per year at least), here's some tips to help you on your quest to save money without giving her yours!

I tried a little experiment here on Mommies Home. My last contest (ran from 4/8 to today) was for $10 cash, all you had to do was comment. I put the contest information in the video post Sneaky Puree. I wanted to be "sneaky" and see:

#1-if people were truly watching the video posts that I've been doing, as I don't get that much feedback on them

#2-if a cash incentive would do anything to traffic

Looks like the answers are sadly no. So, would you guys want me to keep giving away cash on Mommies Home? What about video posts, are the worth it? Let me know!!!!!

The winner of the $10 is phoFuki, thanks for watching and be looking for an e-mail here soon!
