I received a Girl Scouts magazine in the mail the other day. Since my daughter is in Girl Scouts I thought it was for her, but it was actually for me. When I started reading it, I was quite surprised to read an article in it about girls and body image. I'm not sure if I was surprised that the article was just so blunt, or the fact that the "wholesome" Girl Scout magazine had such harsh stories in it...

When we got married, the first thing we purchased together was this monstrous TV, 58 inch flat screen projection TV. We wanted to hit the mainstream and start watching HD before anyone else could. One thing I didn't quite know was that you needed more than just the TV to watch HD.

This is a decision that every mother faces after having a child. I've been reading on a survey forum that I'm involved in that many mother's just don't see how they can stay home, there's just no way...
