The Right Bed

If there is one thing I’ve learned from my most recent vacation experience, it’s what a blessing the right bed is. We slept on a family air mattress one night and then a motel bed the other. Both left us wanting to be back in our own bed at home. Our home bed is more of a massage chair then just a bed. It’s one of those huge king pillow tops with memory, ahhhh.
That being said, our son seems to be the same way. He wouldn’t sleep away from home, but in his crib he’ll sleep the hours away. Even though I wouldn’t think his crib is comfortable by any stretch of the imagination, he must think it is. It could all be just that it’s all about being home, safe and happy. I’m aiming for that explanation!
