Wii Fit, Wii Full Of Limitations

Anyone who subscribes to Mommies Home.net knows that I’ve been using the Wii Fit while pregnant. While it’s becoming harder for me to find the 30 free minutes, what with my new daily cleaning schedule, my son becoming more and more of a handful each day, being pregnant and a harder focus on this website I can’t even guarantee a daily shower. But the Wii does have its place. I did see a website about a mom of 8 that had taken off this crazy amount of weight. What are my thoughts on this??
Well, I think the Wii Fit definitely is better than sitting on your rear in front of the TV. The good news is you don’t have to be versed on the latest diet pill reviews, you just need a TV. It’s always better to get up and do something. But my one issue is that there are limitations to the Wii Fit. It feels like I just got the thing and already I’ve maxed out all the yoga poses and all of the aerobic exercises. While I can always fill my 30 minutes when given the opportunity, it lacks the ability to expand.
I’m going to hopefully use it to get back into shape quicker after I have the baby, but as I’m aware, I honestly don’t see that being a priority right off the bat. I’m going to use the Wii Fit because it’s easy and low impact. We’ll see how it goes!
